Psycho! Psycho! Psycho!
Why would someone grabbed other people's dead ciggarete from the dirty road? I thought he was just weird when he was watching me smoking my ciggie outside my work place. But then after I walked in, someone told me that soon after, he picked up that ciggarete bud and put it in his mouth! Hmmmpphh.. What a nasty feeling I got right after I found out.. Sick sick sick!

Btw, I just received a message from my dad that he's getting married this July 15th. And I'm not sure how to react to that. Should I be sad? Terrified? Scared? Abandoned? Paranoid? Or should I just let it be and wish for numerous happiness?
I dont feel like knowing anymore..

Quote - "And like that heart that got in the way. I'll become the lost cause. The child of burden and rage. Like the distance in your touch. Like the years we burned down. I heard that phone call. The hesitation, the ackward silence. I felt everything in those seconds. Splinters of sentence and heartless advice. Nothing's changed but these days entwined" Converge - Distance and Meaning

Star Struck?

For those who lives in big cities like New York or Jakarta for an example, might've experienced this kinda coincidence. Back in Indo, stars are so easy to find since there's only certain spots in Indo where stars would most likely hang out at. But then again, its so easy to become one(a star) in Indo. U think ur cute? There's those Aneka and Gadis Sampul to try out. U think ur skinny and tall? Try out Femina. Then when at least ur face's shown on those magazine, singing jobs and acting jobs are alot more easier to find. Heck they will even come to you!

I went to see Candiria last nite. And its amazing how I'd still have my heart beating so damn fast once the sounds was in the air. This whole orgasmic feelings keeps pumping my brain and brushing my skin and.. ugh.. I really cannot go on further with this whole story telling or I will get really really horny soon after. Hahaha, yea Candiria is really THAT awesome!!!!! Plus, I cant believe we actually were in the same city the nite before which later on I found out from Carley. Grrrhhh, I would've seen them twiceee! Shyt!
And the reason why I was so so so so so excited and damn happy last nite was that they played my favorite songs such as Pages and Temple of Sickness. Those piece were insane! Not to mention their old stuff like Work in Progress from Process(1999) and many others. They played their new stuff too which was so exciting to hear about, since the album's not out yet. Butttttt, after hearing them for minutes and such. I still love their old piece. Their new ones are alot more melodic, well the fact that they have choruses and verses now. But they're still the same 'ol down to earth guys who loves to meet their fans and greet them and communicate with them. I have a perfectly signed shirt now by Carley, John, Ken, Mike, and Eric who're like GODS to me! I just need to get them framed or, heck I'll sleep with them on tonight first.

Good weather makes me happpyyyyy!! Yes, I am officially in love with New York!!! And yesterday I had a great time at the Gamelan and Tari show KJRI held. But I seriously couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that there are NO Indonesians(but me n rully) at all there supporting! Whatsup with the spirit? Tapi bule2nya semua tuh yg ampe goyang2, pake batik pake kain Indonesia dan keliatannya they're all enjoying the show very much. This wonders me but whatever. The show was NICE and NEAT! A little hipnotic I should say. It reminds me of my culture so much(remember I'm part Jawa?). And it makes me missing my homeland badly! :(
For those who couldnt be there, u can check pictures HERE or thru my gallery.

Then right after the show, me and Rully wanted to see Life of Agony, but the tickets sold out! Hiks! Rully was disappointed. Hheheheeh, thats why I decided to take him out on dinner. So we went to Sake Hana, to get cocktails dinner and appetizer. Then head to Sushi Hana to catch some sushi and sashimi. Since Rully worked there before, it means that we were able to get free stuff! Hahahahah yesss we got a free roll and some appetizers. Awwwww how sweet those people are. x) Well, since I love sushi, I got a little too happy! Hehehehehh.
Theeennnnn, we head to Kiki(who lives near by the Williamsburg Bridge)'s place to smokee upppp! Well, what else there to do on a Sunday night? Hehehehh. So we did, and it was wonderful since the view was this beautiful bridge with so many lights on. Aaaahh, too bad theres no one special there to be with me. Hikkss! So life as u know it sux! Eh, engga juga kok, I still had fun. Then Ki2 bought me an Ice Cream Choco Springler sugar cone. Yeaayyy! And delicious munchies too! Well, I guess thats all that I could remember, besides reading my friends email but not knowing what does it contain! *maklum* Then we watched a little tv. Then we all fell a sleeep. ZzzZZzzZzzz *what happened to the red wine mannnnnnnnnnn?!*

Ps : Btw I have pictures from that Sake, Sushi and Gele nite(which u can click HERE or thru my gallery). But its password protected so, just email me or ask me what the password is when I'm online aite? Peace!

Body piercing history

I just found some interesting fact on body piercing. As I might've realized, since the very first time I got my right nostril pierced, I've become somewhat "addicted" on getting more piercings. Lately I'm just wondering on what meaning each piercings hold.

On nose piercing, I found that nose is actually face's most prominent feature and can accentuate the face. Even Leonardo Da Vinci believed that the nose set the character of the whole face. Hmm, interesting.
Nose piercing itself, was first recorded in the Middle East aproximately 4,000 years ago, it is mentioned in The Bible in Genesis 24:22 Abraham requested his oldest servant to find a wife for his son Isaac, the servant found Rebekah, and one of the gifts he gave her was a "golden earring" the original Hebrew word used was Shanf, which also translates as "nose-ring".

This practice is still followed among the nomadic Berber and Beja tribes of Africa, and the Bedouins of the Middle East, the size of the ring denotes the wealth of the family. It is given by the husband to his wife at the marriage, and is her security if she is divorced.

Nose piercing was bought to India in the 16th Century from the Middle East by the Moghul emperors. In India a stud (Phul) or a ring (Nath) is usually worn in the left nostril, It is sometimes joined to the ear by a chain, and in some places both nostrils are pierced. The left side is the most common to be pierced in India, because that is the spot associated in Ayuvedra (Indian medicine) with the female reproductive organs, the piercing is supposed to make childbirth easier and lessen period pain.

In the west nose piercing first appeared among the hippies who travelled to India in the Late 1960's. It was later adopted by the Punk movement of the late 1970's as a symbol of rebellion against conservative values, and conservative people like parents and employers still don't react well to it. O well. :)

Personally, I got my nostril pierced because that time a friend of mine kinda talked me into getting it, altho I dont adore how my nose look like. But it turned out great and I loved it.

On tongue piercing, it was actually practiced in a ritual form by the ancient Aztecs, Mayas of Central America and the Haida, Kwakiutul, and Tlinglit tribes of the American Northwest. The tongue was pierced to draw blood to propitiate the gods, and to create an altered state of consciousness so that the priest or shaman could communicate with the gods.
Huahhhh so it means that I can comunicate with the gods too. Hahahaha let's try doing that! Who knows they can grant me wishes n stuff. (Jamie, they're not genies :/)

Anyways, tongue piercing(so far) is one of the most popular piercings, it's shocking, provocative and fantastic for oral sex (hell yeeaaaa! :P), but at the same time no one need know you have it.

Well, to me, tongue piercing definetly brought more confidant on me when I'm singing or talking or whatnot. I dunno, it just gives me this great sensation. Bout the oral thing, hmm haven't tried it yet but, hahahahaha yea like I'll tell u all this! :P Nexttttttt!

On navel piercing, it's actually a modern invention and has never been recorded in primitive cultures. However the navel has long been recognised as an erogenous zone, because of the difference between men's and women's stomachs. Women's stomachs differ from men's in that they are more rounded in the lower part, are longer than men's, have a greater distance between the navel and genitals, and are more deeply recessed than men's. These features are often exaggerated by artists to make women appear more feminine in paintings.

The invention of the Bikini in 1953 caused a big stir because the navel was seen as being sexually provocative because of it's similarity to the female genitals. The Bikini revolutionised women's lives, along with the liberation of their clothes their lives in general became more liberated. The process was completed when Madonna started the craze for showing of the midriff in the 1980's. The ability to flaunt their sexuality in public gave women more power and confidence in themselves.

"It is easy to pinpoint the moment when body piercing went mainstream. Christy Turlinton came out at a London Fashion show, and in the middle of her navel was a ring! The next day Naomi Campbell showed the world that anything Christy could do, so could she. A gold ring with a small pearl pierced her navel. And then at Isaac Mizrahi's show the two came out together, navels bared and beringed: body piercing as a Supermodel totem" Suzy Menkes The New York Times September 1994. Wow.

Again, to me belly piercing is actually nothing but accecories. Nothing fancy I felt since I got it. I've searched all over the net too, and there's nothing really magic on this particular piercing object.

While on ear lobe piercing(the piercing most people have), is actually the very first piercing attempt a man ever done due to the ease with which it can be pierced. The oldest mummified body in the world was found frozen in an Austrian Glacier in 1991, tests showed the body to be over 5,000 years old. The body had pierced ears and the holes had been enlarged to 7-11mm diameter. Heheehh.

Ears were probably first pierced for magical purposes, very many primitive tribes believe that demons can enter the body through the ear, because demons and spirits are supposed to be repelled by metal, ear-piercing prevents them entering the body. Sailors used to have an ear pierced to improve eyesight, and if the bodies washed up somewhere it would pay for a christian burial. In many societies ear piercing is done as a puberty ritual, in Borneo the Mother and Father each pierce one ear as a symbol of the child's dependance on their parents.

Ear piercing is an almost universal practice for men and women, it's only in western society that it's deemed effeminate. At various times in history men wore elaborate earrings; during the Elizabethan era many famous men such as Shakespeare, Sir Walter Raliegh and Francis Drake wore gold rings in their ears.

"As the Roman Republic grew more effeminate with wealth and luxury, earrings were more popular among men than women; no less a he-man than Julius Caesar brought back to repute and fashion the use of rings in the ears of men."

And there are pleeenntttyy more type of piercings which I'll might not get such as, LIP LABRET(this one maybe), SEPTUM, NIPPLE(hell no! altho, it has MANY MANY benefits such as enlarging the size, ease breastfeeding, provides greater sexual pleasure, etc.), CLITORIS HOOD(girls only), PRINCE ALBERT(boys only), FRAENULUM(boys only), FORESKIN(Infibulation), PALANG & APADRAVYA(again, boys only, originally from-believe it or not, DAYAK and some other tribes from Sarawak, Borneo - "The function of this device is, superficially, is to add to the sexual pleasure of the women by stimulating and extending the inner walls of the vagina. It is, in this, in my experience decidedly successful." Tom Harrisson, The Sarawak Museum Journal Vol VII, December 1956.-), GUICHE, and HAFADA (SCROTUM). Wow. That was aloootttttttttttttttttt!
So, any of the boys are interesting on getting those? :)

My paintball weekend turned out GREAT!
People in pain, people in love, people in vain and in cluelessness, how are your life goin'? :)

Last weekend, me and some people had a blazzttt! Like armies we went to a battle, battling our own kind. Heheheheh.

Then I left for home with some wounds as a memory. I was officially the last woman standing. I battled 'till my last balls(paintballs that is!), 'till Iqbal and Azmi officially gave me precious precious marks on my body cruely! Hiks! Is all good, it was my fault for attacking them non-stop first. Hehehehhe. (feel bad for azmi's forehead bump and iqbal's chest mark)

Good morning, good afternoon, good evenin' to u all out there! How are u guys today? :)
I'm a little sleepy headed the time I wrote this. With the greatest pain my tongue ever felt! Not really a pain, but it sure doesnt feel too relaxed. *If u know me, and if u know what just happened to me, u'll definetly understand this!*

Work today, wasnt so bad! And last nite before the permias meeting @ KJRI, I kinda met Erykah badu (I really didnt kno if that was her, or just some random black female who looked like her), but I didnt say hi or nothing cuz the wind blew me pretty bad last nite. Yes it was a BAD BAD BAD weather!

Speaking of the weather,
Why didnt all the permias officers take pics on Sunday? The weather turned out GREAT! Seriously!
Well, I blame all those permias weather forecast wannabe for giving such great infos! *is all good thoooooooo! we had fun that day!

On Saturday, I went to see The Suicide Machines with Ku2n, Ish, Bi2t and met No2 on our way home. The show wasnt that great. We were standing on the Balcony but HELLLL even from all the way up there, u can smell the fresh gas of sweat. Hmmm, not something that I'd like to discuss about, but I went! Just for Ku2n! See how nice this girl can actually be? Then after the show, McDs finally satisfied our hunger! (but those counter people never ever ever smileeee! whatsup with thatttt?!?!)

This week, my schedule is pretty much packed! I have to do my dirty laundry, have an interview to attend, have to go to the DMV, have to trim Ku2ns hair, have to bleach my own, have to clean up my room, have to start packing for the NYC-Philly paintball outing! *sigh. Hopefully things goes well so I dont have to mess up my mind all over again.

Well, I guess thats all for now. I really need some rest!
Nite nite love ones!
